Connect GrantSnag to Claude or ChatGPT: the GrantSnag MCP

This is not the “Ask AI to Help You Apply” buttons on a foundation page. Those write a prompt about the one foundation you are looking at and hand it to your assistant, which only ever knows what is in that prompt.

Connecting is different. It uses an MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, which is the standard way an AI assistant plugs into an outside source of data. The GrantSnag MCP is a one-time setup that gives your assistant the GrantSnag database itself.
